Remley Developments Ltd. have commenced work on the former Bank of Ireland Headquarters on Lower Baggot Street.
The iconic building designed by Ronnie Tallon of Scott Tallon Walker Architects, was constructed in two phases during the 1960s and 1970s. Today the building is undergoing a major refurbishment to restore it to its original grandeur but with all the requirements to fulfil a Class A modern office space. The building is seeking LEED certification and JAE Engineering have been employed to assist the design team with the certification.
Miesian Plaza, as it has been renamed, will strive to achieve levels of energy efficiency to exceed that of almost any building in the city of Dublin. JAE Engineering look forward to working with a very committed design and construction team to achieve our clients’ goal.
